Welcome to the Grand African Run on October 10, 2026 - a unique 5K fun run/walk experience where passion meets purpose. We are always honored to welcome Olympians and World Champions as our distinguished guests, including Derartu Tulu, Kenenisa Bekele, Tirunesh Dibaba, Meseret Defar, Sileshi Sihine, Genzebe Dibaba, and Belayneh Densamo, who inspire and cheer participants every step of the way. In 2026, we look forward to hosting athletes of the same exceptional caliber to grace our event. As we have done for the past few years, we are working on an even more exciting grand prize for 2026. All participants will receive an official event t-shirt, a water bottle, and a goodie bag filled with special sponsor giveaways, and you will cross the finish line with a commemorative medal and tasty snacks awaiting you.
